Maggie has lived in Arbury ward for over 30 years. Maggie is a
retired nurse, having spent most of her career at the George Eliot
hospital. She is married, with 1 son and 4 grandchildren. She is still
involved with the union, Unison.
Maggie has a strong interest in health issues. A long-standing member of
the Green Party, Maggie is passionate about fairness.
Maggie is against the Bermuda Bridge being opened for through traffic.
She believes that it should be improved as a safe pedestrian and cycling
route. Maggie would support any efforts to re-open Stockingford station
as this would help people in the Arbury area to access jobs in the
region without needing a car and would help reduce congestion.
