The Borough Council are currently consulting on the Preferred Options stage for a review of the current adopted Borough Plan. Responses need to be submitted by 22nd July 2022.

Our main concern is the numbers of homes that are claimed to be required. The Borough numbers were inflated previously with homes that were supposedly required as overspill from Coventry. It was claimed that Coventry could not provide the number of homes that the population required. We have alwasy argued that the figures were wrong and the recently published numbers from the 2021 census back this up.
